We’re beginning with two tree-service businesses. We’ll agree on a practical call-handling workflow, configure and test it together, and review real usage during the first month of live service.

- Your first service month begins when the agent goes live. Renewals follow that activation date.
- At 80% of your available minutes, we notify you. If you exceed them, 250 minutes are added automatically for $75, and we notify you of the charge. This repeats as needed that month.
- Each renewal resets to $350 with a new 500 minutes. Unused and added minutes don’t roll over; a busy month doesn’t change your base fee.

These are cumulative monthly totals, not separate packages — the same core service is included at every level. The $500 setup fee applies to the first payment only.
If you use 600 minutes in a service month, one $75 addition brings that month’s service charge to $425. Your next service month starts again at $350 with 500 minutes included.
Minutes measure time the deployed AI handles a connected call, including pauses and scheduling lookups, totaled across the month rather than rounded per call. Our development and testing calls, and time after a completed transfer to a person, are excluded. Minutes are not a guaranteed number of calls, appointments, or jobs. Automatic usage charges are agreed to during paid signup — booking a fit call is not a subscription.
