Co-founder & CEO

Austin Szelkowski

Austin Szelkowski is the co-founder and CEO of IntuitionMind.ai. He brings a background in engineering, entrepreneurship, marketing, and product development to the company’s research and applied AI work.

Before IntuitionMind.ai, Austin led My Restoration Leads, which sold thousands of disaster-restoration leads across the United States, and served as Director of Marketing at Amber Engine. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

His experience also includes a 3,412-mile rollerblading journey across America. At IntuitionMind.ai, his vision is to investigate the relationship between human intuition and machine intelligence while building practical systems that help people and organizations.

Co-founder & CTO

Rajesh Mane

Rajesh Mane is the co-founder and CTO of IntuitionMind.ai, with experience in data science, software development, and artificial intelligence. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune.

His work spans natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, web applications, and database systems, with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch among his tools.

His project experience includes a Django-based application for student-enrollment forecasting and an LLM-powered query-resolution chatbot. At IntuitionMind.ai, he contributes the technical work that connects data, models, and usable applications.
